JOIN HABITAT FOR HUMANITY FOR CYCLE OF HOPE and KIDS BIKE FESTIVAL!
On October 22, 2023, join Habitat for Humanity East Bay/Silicon Valley for a fun and challenging benefit ride for a great cause, and stay for a Kids Bike Festival!
The in-person ride in Dublin features 4 different routes – 100KM, 50KM, 15KM, and a 2KM kids ride on a closed course – or ride your way using our Virtual DIY option! All ride participants will receive a commemorative t-shirt, a medal, and tasty food and drinks post-ride. More info and sign-up here: https://runsignup.com/Race/CA/Dublin/CycleofHope
Whether or not you participate in the ride, you’re invited to the Kids Bike Festival at the finish line! Happening at Patelco HQ, 3 Park Place in Dublin from 11 AM – 2 PM, this FREE event will feature:
Kids Bike Rodeo – For anyone who is new to biking, experienced bike instructors from Bike East Bay will provide lessons in helmet fit, bike fit, bike handling skills, and the rules of the road. Participants will be able to practice on a “rodeo course”, through a kid-sized city made from Habitat for Humanity playhouses. Bikes and helmets are provided, or bring your own!
Free bike repair from the BikeMobile – kids can bring their bikes, get a free tune-up and basic repairs, and learn bike mechanics!
