925 GIVES is an annual, community-powered day of giving led by Three Valleys Community Foundation (3VCF), the philanthropic hub of the Tri-Valley region and beyond. Rooted in the heart of the 925 area code, this initiative brings together donors, nonprofits, and local leaders to strengthen our region through generosity and collaboration. Launching July 25, 2025 and culminating on September 25, 2025 (9/25/25) with our concentrated online Giving Drive from 9 AM to 5 PM, this virtual event is a fun, focused opportunity to support the hundreds of nonprofits serving the inland areas of Alameda and Contra Costa Counties. Inspired by the mantra “Give Where You Live,” the campaign connects local resources with local needs—amplifying the impact of every contribution.
Nonprofits serving our 925 region that are registered in 3VCF’s nonprofit directory are invited to participate in 925 GIVES, with around the clock online engagement that includes: real-time donation tracking, leaderboard updates, donor-initiated match challenges, prize incentives, and social media spotlights using #925GIVES and #GiveWhereYouLive.

Three Valleys Region: Nonprofit Community Calendar of Events
Our vibrant Three Valleys Region is home to over 300 nonprofits providing direct service to our community. These local nonprofits host a number of engaging community and fundraising events, both free and ticketed, in support of a wide range of worthy causes. In collaboration with civic leaders and front-line organizations, 3VCF is delighted to sponsor a Nonprofit Community Calendar of Events to promote and publicize nonprofit gatherings that build a sense of community belonging while making a lasting and positive impact on the quality of life in our region.
