Kelly Bowers knows a little something about promoting health and welfare in the East Bay. The Livermore resident is CEO and president of Three Valleys Community Foundation (3VCF), which helps connect donors and nonprofits in support of quality of life in the region; 3VCF was recently named a 2026 California Nonprofit of the Year.
